In November 2025, the 14th National Sports Science Conference was held in Wuhan under the theme "Scientific Guidance and Technological Empowerment for High-Quality Development of Sports." The conference brought together over 8,000 representatives from China and abroad, receiving 36,000 submissions with an acceptance rate of only 29.9%, making it the highest-level and largest-scale sports academic event in China.
At this conference, 25 academic achievements from our college were presented, including 3 featured reports, 16 poster presentations, and 6 written exchanges.
In terms of research content, the achievements mainly focused on four key areas: sports technology innovation (such as the application of artificial intelligence and deep learning models in sports), sports health promotion (including empirical studies on obesity, physical fitness, and specific training methods), sports education development (covering curriculum standards, teaching practices, and the construction of "teaching consortiums"), and sports cultural heritage (encompassing intangible cultural heritage, ethnic traditional sports, and cultural space production).
Regarding presentation formats, the featured reports were delivered orally, providing direct and impactful communication of the findings. Poster presentations facilitated in-depth discussions and visual representation of the research, while written exchanges demonstrated broad academic participation.
These achievements comprehensively reflect the forward-looking and solid foundation of our college's research framework.
